How do I know what size ZlideOn I need?
To ensure you us the correct size ZlideOn, measure the width of the zipper when the teeth are fastened together. Then, measure the height of the teeth when they are unfastened . Finally, look for your zipper measurements in our measurement table below to see which size ZlideOn you need.

Some teeth are missing from the zipper; will ZlideOn still work?
ZlideOn will still work with up to 3 teeth missing from the zipper.

The ends of the zip are sewn inside the item, what should I do?
If you have an item where there is no end to the zip because the zipper is sewn into the item, simply force the original zipper open and attach the ZlideOn as you would with any zipper - ZlideOn can be assembled at any point on the zipper. Press the jaws together and zip the ZlidOn down to the bottom!

The ZlideOn does not fit on the zipper. Did I do something wrong?
It could be that you have not opened up the ZlideOn all the way; try to open it a little more,. If this fails, it may be that you have the wrong size. Contact our sales team for advice on the correct size to use.
